RETURN POLICY

We stand by our jewelry. If you have received a damaged piece, we will replace it for you, covering all shipping and processing fees.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any other reason, we offer a refund minus a 15% restocking fee. The piece must be in its original condition and returned to us within 30 days of its purchase date. To initiate your return, please contact us at sales@osodesignlab.com. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and next steps.

Non-returnable items include:
Gift Cards.
Sale Items.
Any item not in its original condition.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after its original purchase date.
